The Hodgkin's Lymphoma Violet Ribbon Awareness T-Shirt Shop was established in February 2007 by a pair of sisters, one who survived two battles of Hodgkin's Lymphoma and the other who saved her life by donating her stem cells for a life saving syngeneic stem cell transplant to help her sister. Through their partnership with Cafepress, they open their shop to help raise awareness for what is deem a rare and easy cancer known as Hodgkin's Lymphoma (aka Hodgkin's Disease). Through their cancer awareness t-shirts, apparel and merchandise representing Hodgkin's Lymphoma Awareness, they hope to bring attention to this rare and misunderstood cancer. The violet ribbon color was chosen in concurrence with the non-profit organization "curehodgkins" mission and adoption of the Violet Ribbon color in 2001 as the official symbol of unification for Hodgkin's Lymphoma, its patients, survivors and their families. They continue the Violet Ribbon Campaign's mission in honor of all those affected by Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Help bring attention to Hodgkin's Lymphoma by wearing your support for awareness of this rare cancer. Proceeds of the sale of these awareness products benefit lymphoma research. Visit www.thehodgeshop.com to wear your support! As my twin sister says, "it's all about hope!"
